Getting Started
Who can apply to become a partner?
Anyone can apply! We welcome agencies, affiliates, content creators, influencers, and anyone who can refer potential customers. While we accept most applications, we do review each one to ensure a good fit.
How do I apply to become a partner?
Click the 'Apply Now' button on our partner page and fill out the application form. You'll need to provide basic information about yourself and how you plan to promote Meirra. Applications are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days.
What are the requirements to become a partner?
Requirements vary by partner type. Agency partners should have an established business and client base. Affiliates need a website or content platform. Social media partners should have an engaged audience. We'll review your application based on these criteria.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once we've made a decision. If approved, you'll get immediate access to your partner dashboard.
Commissions & Earnings
How much can I earn as a partner?
Earnings depend on your referrals and partner type. Agency partners earn up to 25%, affiliates up to 20%, and social partners up to 15%. With our mid-tier plans, an agency partner could earn thousands per referral over 24 months. See our pricing page for current rates.
How are commissions calculated?
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of each payment your referrals make. For example, if you're an agency partner (25%) and your referral subscribes to any plan, you earn 25% of their monthly payment for up to 24 months.
Do I earn recurring commissions?
Yes! You earn commissions on every payment your referrals make during your commission duration period. Agency partners earn for 24 months, affiliates for 12 months, and social partners for 6 months.
What are tier bonuses?
As you bring in more referrals, you unlock higher tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) with bonus commission rates. Platinum partners can earn up to 8% extra on top of their base rate.
Payouts
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all eligible commissions. Commissions have a 60-day hold period to protect against refunds and chargebacks.
What's the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout is €100 (or equivalent in your chosen currency). Once you reach this threshold, your earnings will be included in the next payout cycle.
What currencies can I receive payouts in?
We support payouts in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, MXN, and BRL. You can change your payout currency once per year.
How do I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. During onboarding, you'll set up your Stripe Connect account to receive secure, automatic transfers to your bank account.
Tracking & Referrals
How are my referrals tracked?
Referrals are tracked through unique referral links or promo codes. When someone clicks your link or uses your code, they're attributed to you for 60 days, even if they don't sign up immediately.
Can I use UTM parameters?
Yes! Your partner dashboard includes a UTM builder to create custom links for different campaigns. Track performance across channels and see which content drives the most conversions.
Can I create promo codes?
Promo code creation depends on your partner type and tier. Agency partners get unlimited codes, while affiliates and social partners have limits based on their tier.
Where can I see my statistics?
Your partner dashboard shows all your stats in real-time: clicks, sign-ups, conversions, pending commissions, available earnings, and more. You can also filter by date range and export reports.
Policies & Support
What happens if a referral gets a refund?
If a referral requests a refund within 60 days, the associated commission is clawed back. This is why we have a 60-day hold period on all commissions.
Can my partner account be terminated?
We reserve the right to terminate partnerships for policy violations, including fraudulent referrals, spam marketing, or misrepresenting Meirra. Legitimate partners have nothing to worry about.
How do I get support as a partner?
Partners can reach our support team via email at support@meirra.com. Gold and Platinum partners also get access to a dedicated partner manager.
Can I change my partner type later?
If your business model changes, contact our support team to discuss updating your partner type. Changes may affect your commission rate and duration.
