Reports Guide

Meirra's reports turn a domain's latest SEO data into a client-ready report. The reports surface is a single table of every report you've generated. For each one you can open it as a shareable web page or delete it when it's no longer needed.

Each report is a snapshot of a domain's SEO performance: keyword rankings, the SEO health score, technical issues found during crawls, and prioritised recommendations. It's designed to communicate both progress and next steps at a glance.

Create a report on demand from the reports table. Choose the domain you want to report on and Meirra compiles its latest data into a report. The new report appears in the table as soon as it's ready.

Select View on any report to open it as a web page. The report opens at its own shareable link, so you can send that link to teammates or stakeholders without them needing a Meirra account.

Select Delete on a report to remove it. Meirra asks you to confirm before anything is deleted, so a report is never removed by accident. Deletion is permanent, but you can generate a fresh report for the same domain at any time.
