At Meirra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our different product categories.
We offer two main types of products: Platform Products (self-serve SaaS tools) and Agency Services (done-for-you professional services). Each has different refund terms based on the nature of the product.
2. Platform Products (Self-Serve SaaS Tools)
Our Platform Products include SEO Platform, Email Platform, Analytics Dashboard, and Platform Bundles. These are self-serve software tools ranging from £15-£159/month.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Platform Products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our platform within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- After 14 days, no refunds are available, but you can cancel anytime
- Upon cancellation, your service continues until the end of your billing period
- Annual subscriptions: 14-day guarantee applies from the start of the annual term
3. Agency Services (Done-For-You Professional Services)
Our Agency Services include SEO Services (Foundation through Enterprise tiers) and Email Marketing Services. These are professional services ranging from £447-£11,697/month plus setup fees.
Non-Refundable Once Work Commences
Agency Services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because our team immediately begins working on your account upon purchase.
"Work Commenced" is defined as:
- First login to your provided credentials or accounts
- Initiation of audit, research, or analysis work
- Any documented task performed on your behalf
- Strategy calls or consultations conducted
Our Service Guarantee
While we don't offer monetary refunds for agency services, we stand behind our work. If we haven't delivered the promised results, we will continue working at no additional cost until we do.
Setup Fees
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun, as they cover the initial setup work performed on your account.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible Platform Products:
- Email us at support@meirra.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the product you wish to refund
- Briefly explain why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve)
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage direct communication before filing disputes with your bank or card provider.
Filing a chargeback may result in:
- Immediate termination of all services
- Suspension of your account
- Collection action for any outstanding amounts
- Inability to use Meirra services in the future
