Free Trial & Cancellation

If a self-serve trial is offered at signup, verify your email and add your own payment card to start the 14-day subscription trial. The selected plan, price and limits are shown at signup. There is no subscription charge during the trial.

Your trial covers the SaaS subscription shown at signup, subject to its stated usage limits. Agency services are not trialable. Check the plan details for the tools and allowances included; other products or usage may require a separate purchase.

At the end of 14 days, Stripe charges the card for the selected subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Check your Billing settings for the renewal date and price. If you cancel, access follows the subscription end date shown there.

To avoid the first subscription charge, cancel the trial before its end date in Billing settings. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription there too. A save offer is optional and does not block cancellation. Check the scheduled end date in Billing settings; access continues until that date.

Free trials are available to new customers — one trial per person or organisation. You are welcome to sign up with a work or personal email address. To keep trials fair for everyone, we may limit repeated sign-ups from the same account, domain, or device.
