Partner Agreement

1. Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
- "Partner" means you, the individual or entity accepted into the Meirra Partner Program
- "Meirra" means Meirra and its affiliates operating the Partner Program
- "Referral" means a new customer who signs up through your unique partner link
- "Commission" means the percentage of revenue you earn from successful referrals
- "Qualified Sale" means a completed purchase that meets all eligibility requirements
- "Partner Dashboard" means the online portal where you track referrals and earnings
- "Program Materials" means logos, banners, links, and content provided by Meirra
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
Application Process
To join the Partner Program, you must complete our application form. We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You must have a valid email address and accurate contact information
- You must not have been previously terminated from the Partner Program
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must have a legitimate website, social media presence, or marketing channel
Partner Types
We offer different partner types based on your business model: Agency Partners, Affiliate Partners, and Social Media Partners. Your partner type determines commission rates, duration, and available benefits.
3. Commission Structure

Performance Tiers
- Bronze: 0-5 referrals/month - Base commission rate
- Silver: 6-15 referrals/month - +2% bonus
- Gold: 16-30 referrals/month - +5% bonus
- Platinum: 31+ referrals/month - +8% bonus + dedicated account manager
Payment Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: €50
- Payment schedule: Monthly, by the 15th of the following month
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise
- Currency: Payments made in EUR unless otherwise agreed
- Commissions are calculated after refunds and chargebacks are deducted
4. Clawbacks & Adjustments
Refunds
If a referred customer receives a refund within 30 days of purchase, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payout.
Chargebacks
Commissions for transactions that result in chargebacks will be reversed. Repeated chargebacks from your referrals may result in account review or termination.
Subscription Cancellations
- If a subscription is cancelled within the first 30 days, the full commission is clawed back
- Cancellations between 31-60 days result in 50% commission clawback
- After 60 days, commissions are considered earned and non-refundable
5. Acceptable Promotion Methods
You may promote Meirra through the following approved methods:
- Your own website, blog, or landing pages
- Email marketing to your own subscribers (with proper consent)
- Social media posts on your own accounts
- YouTube videos, podcasts, or other content you create
- Paid advertising (following platform guidelines)
- Direct recommendations to your network
Important: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions. See our Disclosure Guide for required language.
6. Prohibited Activities
Deceptive Practices
- Making false or misleading claims about Meirra products or services
- Creating fake reviews or testimonials
- Impersonating Meirra or its employees
- Using deceptive redirects or cloaking
Spam & Unwanted Contact
- Sending unsolicited emails or messages
- Posting links in forums or comments without adding value
- Using auto-generated or scraped content
Trademark Violations
- Bidding on Meirra brand terms in paid search
- Registering domains containing 'Meirra' or similar
- Creating websites that could be confused with official Meirra properties
Self-Referrals & Fraud
- Referring yourself or your own company
- Creating fake accounts to generate referrals
- Manipulating tracking or attribution
- Incentivizing clicks without genuine interest
7. Intellectual Property
Meirra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Program Materials solely for promoting Meirra products and services as a Partner.
You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from Program Materials without written permission.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Meirra. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of all Program Materials.
8. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed to you through the Partner Program, including commission structures, internal policies, and business strategies.
This obligation survives termination of this Agreement and continues for 3 years after termination or until the information becomes publicly available through no fault of yours.
9. Termination
Termination by Partner
You may terminate your participation in the Partner Program at any time by providing written notice to support@meirra.com. Earned commissions will be paid according to normal payment schedule.
Termination by Meirra
Meirra may terminate your participation immediately for cause (violation of this Agreement) or with 30 days notice for convenience. We may also suspend your account pending investigation.
Effect of Termination
- All unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days
- Commissions pending validation at termination may be forfeited
- You must immediately stop using all Program Materials
- You must remove all Meirra affiliate links from your properties
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEIRRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
MEIRRA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PARTNER PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meirra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Partner Program, including your promotional activities and any violation of this Agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the jurisdiction where Meirra is incorporated.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. General Provisions
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Meirra regarding the Partner Program
- Meirra may modify this Agreement at any time with 30 days notice; continued participation constitutes acceptance
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Meirra is incorporated
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect
- Meirra's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
- You may not assign this Agreement without Meirra's written consent; Meirra may assign freely
